By accessing or using Deploynix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Deploynix provides a server management and deployment platform that allows users to provision servers, deploy applications, manage databases, SSL certificates, and related infrastructure services.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host or distribute malicious software
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, sales tax, and invoicing on our behalf. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Server and Infrastructure

You are responsible for the content deployed to and actions performed on servers managed through the Service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from server downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by your configurations or third-party providers.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party cloud providers (e.g., DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr). Your use of these providers is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Deploynix and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploynix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
