All payments for Deploynix are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and refunds on our behalf.

2. 14-Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your initial purchase. For subscription services, the 14-day refund period applies from the date of the initial subscription payment. Refunds are provided in full with no deductions.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
